Damage Criteria We check all items to make sure they are correct and in perfect condition before shipping them. However, if you receive the wrong item or if the item was received with damage, we will refund partially, or in full after you ship the book back to us. I use the same book damage criteria as fairyloot, considered a pioneer of special editions. We do not blindly refund books!!!!
